Doughnut Inn Team Members are the face and voice of our company. As a valued part of our team, you will:
  • Make high-quality coffee drinks

Flexible Schedules

Most Doughnut Inn locations are open 15 hours a day. That means a wide range of shifts is often available, and no late-night hours. We want you to have a personal life.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Team Members regularly working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate.

401(k)

Our 401(k) Plan offers a convenient way to save for retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions. Doughnut Inn may offer a discretionary match at the end of each year. This match is subject to a four-year vesting schedule, based on years of employment. Team Members who are at least 21 years of age may begin participating on the first of the quarter following 90 days of continuous service.

Life Insurance

Doughnut Inn provides basic life insurance to all Team Members regularly working 32 hours per week. Team Members can purchase supplemental coverage for themselves and their dependents.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is a benefit designed to give Team Members a bank of paid time off to use for vacation, minor illness or personal time as one sees fit. Full time Team Members who consistently work a minimum of 32 hours per week are eligible.

Hours are accrued from the first day of employment. PTO eligibility will begin after a Team Member completes six continuous months of service.

Team Member Discounts

All Team Members are immediately eligible for discounts on beverages, food, beans, teas, and merchandise.
